Hi! I'm Claire.
I tell stories through photographs and film. The stories that matter are the ones we don't hear as often, and those are the ones I want to help empower people to share. I believe the world is in crisis and I seek to confront it with art.
I graduated in May 2018 from William & Mary with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Sociology. There, I learned about the ways the modern world can distance and compartmentalize us, and I seek to use my creative talents to bring people back together.
I'm an INTJ. When I was seven, I saved up forty quarters to buy my first camera, a pink Barbie number that took 110 film. I drink my coffee strong, with cream and sometimes honey.
I'm a jack-of-all trades filmmaker, gravitating towards post-production. I bring a photojournalistic style to my portrait and headshot photography, capturing people as they are. And I'm an educator- I've taught video production and digital photography to children and adults alike.
